A lot has changed at Centralis since Carol’s first day back on May 6, 2014. Back then, we worked in-person at our lab in Evanston, IL, and most of our research was face-to-face. Carol dove right in, and within a year, she had run UX research sessions with a wide range of users, including financial advisors, credit card users, hospital administrators, and sports fans.

It didn’t take long for Carol to earn a promotion to Senior UX Specialist in September of 2015. In addition to her excellent work for our clients, Carol was on her way to becoming a key contributor to our business, serving on the Project Delivery Team, the Infrastructure Team, and the HR Team over the next several years.

Carol’s technical prowess is legend at Centralis, where everyone knows they can turn to her for help with tech issues large and small. While she's a smooth communicator focused on client service, she also knows how to get what she needs for the best possible research outcomes, earning her the nickname “The Hammer” 🔨;)

Today, as Centralis’ Associate UX Director, Carol is a critical member of our management team. Ten years on, we’re a remote-only team that spans from coast to coast, with a long roster of global clients. As a supervisor, mentor, and leader, Carol (along with her colleague Matt Scholl) are the glue that holds our enterprise together.
