The Outcome

Over two days of live sessions, we tested the smartphone and laptop user experience among consumers who were planning a home painting project in the near future. While users were enthusiastic about the site concept, our testing found critical sources of user abandonment. In a comprehensive final report, we offered specific recommendations to make it easier for users to discover the full range of available paint colors and find out where they could purchase the colors they chose.
