The Outcome

Our evaluation revealed that the Fanatics app was comparable to most e-commerce apps in terms of interaction design. However, we were able to uncover several usability issues related to the account management, shopping cart, and product filtering features.  Moreover, our thorough analysis of accessibility for low-vision users revealed key opportunities to greatly improve the user experience for these individuals.

Our team shared detailed findings and recommendations with the client.  Centralis worked with the client to prioritize the recommendations prior to launch of the app.
