Kathi KaiserKathi Kaiser has primary responsibility for managing our client projects and building the capabilities of the Centralis user experience team.Kathi's expertise lies in understanding user behavior and designing products and web sites that help users accomplish their goals. She works closely with clients to assess their needs and develop research and design protocols to meet those needs.

Kathi holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown University and a master's degree in Social Science from the University of Chicago, where she serves on the advisory board for her department. In her spare time Kathi enjoys photography, fishing and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
