Centralis helped Warner Bros. make the launch of its mobile photo-sharing platform a 4-star success. 

Warner Bros., a leader in the global video market, sought Centralis’ help to evaluate the user experience of OutMyWindow, a new cross-platform app for photo-sharing.  The goal: identify sources of confusion that might impede user adoption, optimize the application’s design, and enhance the cross-platform experience.

The Outcome

Testing revealed that initial designs did not clearly communicate the private sharing nature of the application, a key benefit for users. Our research also revealed a need to streamline the process of sharing multiple photos.  After implementing Centralis’ key recommendations, OutMyWindow earned a 4-star rating on Apple’s App Store.
