Usability Testing: ExpressTest

Usability ExpressTest is a quick, inexpensive way to answer your most pressing questions about your website’s user experience. Within one week, our experts will test your application with representative users, identify usability issues and collaborate with your team to immediately improve your site.

How it Works:

  • You describe your website’s business goals, your target audience and your key questions about your site’s user experience.
  • We recruit four representative users to participate in a half-day of one-on-one usability test sessions at Centralis Lab, moderated by user experience experts.
  • On the morning of test day, you and your team observe the sessions real-time (live or remotely) to see how users interact with your site.
  • That afternoon, we lead a debrief to discuss major findings, describe your biggest usability issues and identify changes that can have immediate impact. 
  • The next day we deliver your ExpressTest Report, which summarizes your results and our recommendations for improving your site’s user experience. 


When to Use It:


Usability ExpressTest is not a full usability testing evaluation – it is focused on exploring one or two well-defined questions. An ExpressTest can be used for:
