Mobile Lab

Have lab, will travel.

Users aren't always conveniently located where we are - often we need to go to them. Centralis' mobile lab is a flexible solution for turning just about any space into your very own usability lab.

Some of the places we've taken our mobile lab include:

• Client offices: With two nearby conference rooms, we can set up testing to enable team members and stakeholders to drop in when they're available to observe throughout the day.
• Conferences and trade shows: Large meetings of users are a great opportunity to gather a lot of user feedback in a short amount of time.
• Users' homes and workplaces: Conducting usability testing where your product is actually used reveals additional insight into how the product can be improved.
• Market research facilities in multiple cities: We've established a vast network of market research facilities around the world to host testing sessions in the markets you need, while exploring geographic differences.

Regardless of where we test with our mobile lab, all sessions are digitally recorded and can be viewed remotely.
