Kathi Kaiser to speak about online usability methods at Qualitative Online 360 conference
January 9, 2012: Centralis co-founder Kathi Kaiser will be presenting at the 2nd annual Qualitative Online 360 conference, an event targeted toward market research professionals and sponsored by the Merlien Institute. Her session, entitled “Market Research Meets User Experience,” will explore the research questions unique to UX and describe emerging methods for evaluating and improving customers’ online experiences. Kathi’s presentation will include demonstrations of several new online tools that may be useful in both the UX and MRX toolkits.
The Qualitative Online 360 conference brings together leading research practitioners and academics to discuss and brainstorm the latest cutting-edge qualitative techniques and how they can be used effectively to deliver actionable insights for brands. Kathi joins delegates from Sara Lee, Nestle, TNS, GfK, Millward Brown, Takeda Pharmaceuticals & many other leading firms to explore how online qualitative techniques can be used for research, marketing, new product development, brand engagement and insight generation. The conference is Wednesday and Thursday, January 18th and 19th, at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.
