Centralis and Kaplan University inspire students to pursue their goals
February 20, 2008: Kaplan University offers its more than 80,000 students the opportunity to achieve their educational and professional goals through accredited campus-based and online degree programs. As part of their ongoing outreach initiatives, Kaplan asked Centralis to gather user feedback on a series of online videos designed to motivate potential students to embark upon their educational journey.
Centralis conducted two rounds of user sessions, engaging each individual in a thoughtful discussion of his or her past educational experiences and future goals. After viewing the online experience, prospective students were inspired to learn more from current Kaplan students about their challenges and the opportunities available to them at Kaplan. Recommendations from the study are being incorporated into the creation of new online messaging and rich media features.
