Senior User Experience Specialist
We believe the best designers are tenacious researchers, and the best researchers are savvy designers. As a member of our team you'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead research and design initiatives for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, working independently and on teams
- Plan and conduct ethnographic research to inform the design of websites, applications, physical products and services
- Develop, analyze and document information architectures, process flows, navigation systems and wireframes
- Work directly with users to improve our clients' products, through planning, conducting and analyzing usability test sessions
- Represent Centralis to current and prospective clients, supporting business development efforts and nurturing client relationships
- Contribute to and learn from a team of professionals who have a great time doing great work
What We Look For
- Master's degree in Social Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field required
- Minimum 2 years directly related experience in a corporate or consulting environment
- Excellent comunication, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Prior experience with usability test planning, moderation and analysis
- Ability to flexibly handle multiple projects and initiatives
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20% travel, all short term)
